Welcome — what I write about here
What this site is for, what I write about, and where to find the longer pieces.
This is the working home of my writing on business / systems analysis — the practitioner’s view, not the conference-deck view. The recurring themes:
- Documentation-first delivery. Requirements engineering treated as engineering.
- Docs-as-code for analysts. The artifacts have to be versioned, reviewed, and testable like any other deliverable.
- The BSA / developer boundary — what belongs in analysis, what belongs in code, and how the handoff actually works in real teams.
- System design for analysts. Models that survive contact with production.
- Error handling as a design decision, not an afterthought.
Most long-form pieces today live on LinkedIn (English) and Medium (Russian, system design cycle). Cross-links are in the contact page; new pieces will land here first as the site fills in.
If you’d like to talk about a senior BSA role or a B2B engagement, the fastest path is email.
